Noureen was born in New York City on 28 February 1984. The actress has always had an interest in acting. Her career began with her attending at the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen then began to audition for various roles. In 2005 she obtained an important role in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at the Sundance Film Festival, but was also screened by other festivals throughout the world. The film was awarded an Oscar the year 2007 in recognition of Best Live Action Short Film and set the stage for Noureen deWulf's future success.
